A second year correspondence student of Biological Faculty of Yerevan State Pedagogical University after Kh. Abovyan has shot a scene by his cellular phone how bribe was given to lecturer to pass a test. However, other students were afraid to unite him in administering their rights. To pass a test the lecturer requested 5,000 AMD. Those who failed to give the requested amount did not pass the test. However in the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University the price to pass a test fluctuated from 500 to 800 USD and the price to pass an examination - from 1,000 to 1,500 USD.
