On June 15, TIAC wrapped up the "Anticorruption Academy" course by awarding graduation certificates to the participants of the course. The project was implemented by TIAC in cooperation with the Academy of Public Administration supported by the Open Society Foundations Armenia. During the eight-month course, the following modules were thoroughly presented:

  • Introduction to Corruption,
  • Anti-Corruption Policy – Institutions,
  • Public Service Integrity System,
  • Responsibility for Corruption,
  • Corruption in Political Activity,
  • Corruption in Economic Activity

Numerous lectures and debates were held aimed at providing students with a comprehensive knowledge on corruption, its root causes, types, risks in the political, economic and social spheres, its consequences, anti-corruption policy.

During the graduation ceremony, TIAC Executive Director Sona Ayvazyan delivered a congratulatory speech, wishing success and fruitful work to the graduates hence awarding the long-awaited certificates. The event was also attended by Teresa Khechoyan, Vice-Rector for Foreign Relations of the RA Academy of Public Administration, Davit Amiryan, Head of Open Society Foundations of Armenia, and representatives of the teaching staff.
