The “Akanates” Observation Mission, having reviewed the draft law on making amendments to the Constitutional Law “Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia,” and finds that although the draft raises issues of essential importance for the exercise of electoral rights, their resolution requires a more in-depth constitutional, legal, and professional discussion.
