The aim of the project is to assess the capacity of Sisian village communities. The project particularly targeted villages involved in the ACH "Syuniq Self-Reliance Development" project, which aimed to improve the living standards of socially vulnerable families by enabling the village communities to identify and respond to their community and household needs. At the next stage, this project continues social and legal research based on which recommendations for promoting institutional strengthening component were drafted.
