Monitoring of the Implementation of Certain Aspects of Armenian Public Procurement Legislation and Subsequent Advocacy for Possible Changes in That Legislation

The project aims to reveal the strong and weak sides of the procurement appeals review system proposed by the Government. The recommendations will be developed to address deficiencies. The developed recommendations will be then advocated for their inclusion in the legislation and practice of procurement appeals review. Also, awareness raising on the proposed recommendations will be organized in order to establish a genuinely independent, effective and accessible procurement appeals review system.
