Promoting Transparency and Participation at Local Government Level

The project aims to develop a series of mechanisms to engage citizens of the selected cities - Ashtarak, Goris, Ijevan, Vanadzor and Vaiq - in the monitoring of municipal service delivery and cooperation with public officials in order to address deficiencies of the officials' performance through public hearings, surveys, focus groups, etc.
