The project aims to create a favorable environment for more transparency in the upcoming parliamentary elections and implementing the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) program in Armenia. The project consists of two parts: the monitoring of 2007 parliamentary election campaign finance and the monitoring of MCA-Armenia public procurement.
