The project aims to receive a horizontal learning to meet a specific capacity development need and while at the same time contribute to implementation of TI's global Institutional Network Strengthening Program. It is achieved through training and consultation by TI Ukraine, followed up by design and implementation of a campaign, including strategies for PR and communication, development of a video material (social ad) circulated through various media outlets and continued practice of the campaign after the completion of the project.
