The aim of the program is to put pressure on the government to reform electoral legislation prior to the presidential elections of 2013 in order to ensure free suffrage of citizens in line with OSCE/ODIHR recommendations and other international standards. It is achieved through elaborating a set of proposals to the electoral code; mobilizing support of international organizations, state structures and political forces for the adoption of developed amendments.
