Monitoring of Armenian Public Procurement in 2014-2015
The project goal is to contribute in the formulation and implementation of effective anticorruption policies in Armenia through promoting transparent and accountable management of public finances. The objectives of the public procurement monitoring are to identify the gaps and shortcomings of the Armenian legislation on public procurement, to assess the implementation of the procurement legislation in practice, to identify the corruption risks and malpractices in procurement processes, and to promote the recommendations developed as a result of the implementation of previous monitoring projects. Appeals system, single source procurement and framework agreements are subjects of the public procurement monitoring.
