This report addresses the 4th phase of the Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan monitoring report adopted in July 2018, which includes 5 proposals in the field of higher education with 16 subpoints. The purpose of the survey was to evaluate the implementation of the 16 recommendations of the OECD report in the field of higher education.
