On Draft Decisions of Yerevan Council of Elders' "Yerevan Development 2023 Plan and Yerevan City Budget for 2023"

TIAC published an opinion on the drafts of the decision of the Council of Elders of the City of Yerevan "On the 2023 Yerevan Development Plan and the 2023 Budget of the City of Yerevan".

Observations and recommendations were also presented regarding the draft decisions "On setting the rates of local taxes for 2023 in the Yerevan community and setting tax privileges". The opinions were related both to the principles of development of general projects and to the regulations summarized in private documents.
