Description
The aim of this study is to enhance the democratic nature and engagement in the law-making procedures of Armenia. Its primary objective is to pinpoint deficiencies and discrepancies within the Armenian legislation and practices, in terms of aligning with internationally recognized norms, and consequently propose policy changes based on these findings.
