NGOs have published a joint opinion on the legislative initiative to establish a fact-finding commission under the Public Council.
The civil society organizations that developed this opinion consider the idea of establishing a fact-finding commission with such status and powers unacceptable and urge the Ministry of Justice to withdraw the draft entirely from circulation.
