The Monitoring Report of the Procurement Complaint System has been published. The project was intended to assist in the creation of an effective, fully autonomous and cost-effective procurement appeals system in Armenia. To achieve this goal, the emphasis was placed on evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the new procurement complaint system. Where weaknesses were identified, the objective was to suggest ways of eliminating them. This publication summarizes the project’s outcomes, with conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis of these results.
The publication is available in Armenian.
