In TIAC's opinion, both the SEA and EIA guidelines developed by the RA Ministry of Environment need to be revised to include more practical regulations. These guidelines should serve as a comprehensive tool for implementing the fundamental requirements of the RA Law "On Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and related international documents.
