Description
The purpose of the report is to assist the Government of Armenia in reforming the whistleblower system and the legal protections provided to whistleblowers. It aims to be useful for studying best practices and aligning national whistleblowing legislation with international standards. The report offers a detailed analysis of the phases and components of whistleblowing and their compliance with EU legislation and international standards.
