TIAC has presented observations and recommendations on amendments and additions to the RA Law on the "Whistleblowing System" and the Constitutional Law on the "Human Rights Defender," calling on the RA Government to refrain from sending the proposed drafts to the National Assembly at this stage. Instead, it urges the government to revise them by addressing the issues raised by international partners and civil society, as well as aligning them with the objectives set by the 2023-2026 Anticorruption Strategy.
