A group of civil society organizations has published a joint opinion on the draft law proposing amendments and additions to the RA Administrative Procedure Code.
The organizations have stated that the draft law could lead to a reduction in citizens' procedural protection and an additional burden on administrative bodies and the judicial system.
Therefore, they have proposed withdrawing the draft law from circulation.
