On the Unified Website for the Publication of Draft Legal Acts of the Republic of Armenia, a draft law on amendments and supplements to the RA Law “On Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan,” as well as a number of related draft legal acts, has been published.
We hereby present the observations and recommendations of Transparency International Anticorruption Center, Communities Finance Officers Assocation , Protection of Rights without Borders and Democracy Development Foundation regarding the aforementioned legislative initiatives.
