The project aims to observe parliamentary and presidential elections, including the second round of the presidential election in Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) scheduled for March 31, 2020 within the framework of “Akanates” observation mission, promoting creation of favorable environment for conducting free and fair elections and development of civil society in Artsakh.
