Monitoring of the Misuse of the Administrative Resources in 2017 Parliamentary Elections in Armenia

The project aims to monitor misuse of administrative resources – legislative, regulatory, coercive and institutional – by using direct monitoring of electoral campaign events, and collection of reports in media and social networks. The objective of the project is to assess how the electoral system is designed vs. how it operates in practice through gathering information on a cases of misuse of administrative resources, facilitating transparency of electoral processes, raising public awareness, and advocating for the adequate enforcement of legislation.
