The purpose of this guide is to assist representatives and researchers from civil society organizations and the media who are interested in Armenia's political processes in exercising public oversight of party finances, including the funding of election campaigns. The guide may also benefit political parties by encouraging them to act more responsibly in public, improve their financial transparency, and monitor the legality of each other's activities.
